Service Center

If you have a question or a problem concerning the services of the ZID please don't hesitate to contact the Service Center. Somebody will be there with a good command of the English language.

Responsibilities

  • General information about the ZID and its services.
  • Assistance with TU-related computer problems for students and staff. First level support.
  • Error reports, coordination with the NOC (Network Operation Center).
  • Account assignment / password change.
  • Telephone exchange, operator assistance and hotline for telecommunication services.
  • Administrative office
  • Sales of IT manuals (RRZN, in German)
